If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Simply email us a clear photo of the item along with the original packaging and invoice.

Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery, and the item should be unused and in its original packaging.

We currently do not offer refunds but will do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your experience.
